A LA FOLIE, a high-volume macaron production kitchen, is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead our team in producing thousands of high-quality macarons daily. This role is perfect for someone with experience in large-scale pastry or food production, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.
As Production Manager, you will be directly involved in every stage of macaron production—mastering techniques, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring top-tier quality. This is a hands-on leadership position, requiring deep expertise in high-volume production, experience with commercial pastry equipment, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale macaron production, ensuring consistency and efficiency at every stage
- Operate and manage large pastry production equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Train and mentor production staff, maintaining high standards of technique and quality
- Optimize workflows to maximize output while preserving artisanal product quality
- Maintain a fast-paced, high-output environment while meeting production targets
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Foster a motivated and collaborative team culture
- Experience in high-volume pastry or food production, ideally in macaron production
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a production team
- Hands-on experience with commercial pastry production machinery
- Ability to maintain consistency and precision while scaling production
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic production setting

Monday - Friday, no weekends

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Macaron Production Associate to help create our signature macarons with precision and consistency. This role offers a unique opportunity to refine your skills, maximize productivity, and work with premier recipes and techniques.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare ingredients and produce macarons to meet our high standards of quality and consistency
- Follow recipes meticulously to maintain flavor, texture, and presentation
- Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment with care Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen Perform tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motion

Job Overview: Hours ay Help package our macarons at our production kitchen! In our friendly work environment you'll help our team of chefs complete our macaron process by putting the top and bottom together of our macarons. You'll move the macarons to trays and boxes which will eventually be distributed to our customers.

This role focuses on preparing our selection of viennoiserie and petit gâteaux with precision and consistency while ensuring a seamless start to our retail operations. It's a fantastic opportunity to enhance your baking expertise and provide outstanding customer service in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Baking & Kitchen Responsibilities:- Bake viennoiserie and other pastries to meet our high-quality standards. Set up the petit gâteaux and macaron cases for the retail opening.
- Assist in fulfilling and packaging pre-orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Follow recipes meticulously to ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
